All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Bartlett, TN.

Orders received by 5 pm central time will ship the same day on in
stock product.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and
try to offer an equally compatible product that can ship that day.

We offer flat rate shipping on ground orders starting at $8.90.  
Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 day shipments are also flat rate.
There are no hidden fees added to the rates.

We reserve the right to limit Overnight & 2 Day shipping to 5 lbs for the flat rate quoted.  You will be notified if this occurs.

Alaska and Hawaii must ship Priority Mail or FedEx Priority Overnight.

Priority Mail shipments will ship the next working day.

All shipping time guarantees are that of the respective shipping agent.
